Two World Cup Events
in one week!
Come to a place where the reds and golds of autumn contrast with snow
capped peaks and deep blue alpine lakes; where miles of canals link
natural and man-made lakes in an integrated hydroelectric power generation
network producing over 36% of New Zealand's electricity; where tussock
plains stretch into the distance; and where gliders ride massive thermals
to record breaking heights...
Yes, once again the New Zealand free flight fraternity is pleased to
announce that it will again be hosting a two contest Free Flight World Cup
series in New Zealand in March - April 2008, at the
Killermont Vegas
flying site near Omarama, in the central south island of New Zealand,
venue for many previous FF World Cup events since 1994, and also renowned
for full size gliding, including hosting the 1995 World Gliding
Championships.

Come to Omarama, New Zealand's gliding capital, for the New Zealand 2008
Free Flight World Cup Series.
If you missed the 2004 World Cup events in Omarama, you won't want to
miss these ones.
